Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage and political disturbances (strikes) etc.
Any increase in Airlines taxes or fuel price at the time of departure, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy & Terms
Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure.
• A non – refundable deposit of Rs.15,000 per person to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking
Prior to 30 days or more = Non-refundable deposit of Rs.15,000 pp
Between 29-15 days of departure = Non-refundable deposit (Rs.15000) or 50% whichever is Higher
Between 14-07 days of departure = 75% of the holiday cost
In case of cancellation of the package = 100% of the holiday cost
