• Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.
• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary
• Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage and political disturbances (strikes) etc.

• Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure.

• A non – refundable deposit of Rs.15,000 per person to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking

• Prior to 30 days or more = Non-refundable deposit of Rs.15,000 pp
• Between 29-15 days of departure = Non-refundable deposit (Rs.15000) or 50% whichever is Higher
• Between 14-07 days of departure = 75% of the holiday cost
• In case of cancellation of the package = 100% of the holiday cost
• Change of name or date = NOT PERMITTED
